Two owners. One standard.
Next Gen Clean Up is a West Valley company owned and run by Oscar Villa and Michael Favela. We started it for a simple reason: local businesses and families deserve a crew that shows up when it says it will and leaves the place better than it found it.
When you call, you talk to an owner. When we quote a price, that's the price. And when we clean, we clean the parts you'd never think to check.
A full studio clean, start to finish.
Every machine wiped down, every mirror streak-free, every floor done edge to edge — on a schedule built around the studio's classes.
What you can count on.
On time, every time
Recurring clients get the same day and time, every visit. If anything changes, you hear from us first.
Flat, honest pricing
We walk the space and quote one flat rate. Commercial plans are simple monthly pricing.
Detail-first cleaning
Baseboards, cabinets, glass, equipment. We use commercial floor scrubbers and real disinfectants.
English y español
Our team is bilingual, so nothing gets lost between you, your staff and our crew.
